Please email email@example.com and send your item(s) back to us within 14 days of receiving your order. Please ensure the tags have not been removed, garment has not been worn or damaged.
If the security tags are removed we won't be able to accept the return.
After goods are received, quality checked your refund will be credited to the original payment method
Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
To ensure we are offering the best quality all garments are checked by the Quality Department before despatching so you will not receive a faulty garment.
